How long does the audit take?+
Most audits complete within one to two weeks. We need access to your SaaS billing dashboard, a short interview with the people who own workflows, and your current org chart. We handle the analysis.
Do we need to replace everything at once?+
No. The design phase produces a prioritized roadmap. Most clients start with the highest-cost or most-redundant tools and phase out the rest over 6–12 months as the custom system proves out.
What happens if we already have a custom system in place?+
We audit what you have the same way we audit SaaS. If it is covering the need well, we say so. If it has gaps or carries unnecessary maintenance cost, we factor that into the savings design.
How does AI-assisted development affect code quality?+
Every generated output is reviewed by a human engineer before it ships. AI accelerates the build — it does not remove accountability. We treat generated code the same way we treat any code: it has to work, it has to be readable, and it has to be maintainable.
Who hosts the finished system?+
We deploy to managed infrastructure that you own or control. We handle setup, configuration, and ongoing operations. You are not locked into our hosting — the code and deployment are yours.
What if the savings projections are not realized?+
Projections are models based on your actual inputs. If adoption falls short or scope changes, savings fall short too. We track this monthly and surface it early so you can course-correct before the gap widens.
Do you support non-technical teams?+
Yes. The system is built so your team uses it without needing to understand how it works. We document the workflows, train the users, and handle technical operations on your behalf.
