Turn every meeting into tracked next steps before the call ends.

The value of a meeting lives in what happens after it. Most organizations rely on someone manually taking notes, writing a summary, extracting action items, and distributing them — all of which gets missed, delayed, or done inconsistently.

Current manual process

How meetings get followed up today.

  • Someone volunteers or is assigned to take notes during the call
  • Notes are typed or transcribed manually after the meeting
  • Action items are extracted by memory and interpretation
  • Summary is drafted and distributed via email — sometimes hours later
  • Tasks are manually created in the project management tool
  • No standard format means follow-up quality varies by meeting

Cost of manual follow-up

4–8 hours per week in post-meeting overhead.

  • Action items forgotten or never formally recorded
  • Summary distributed hours after the meeting when context has faded
  • No tracking on whether action items were completed
  • Inconsistent documentation quality across different team members
  • Time spent on admin instead of the actual work discussed in the meeting

Automated flow

Transcribe → Summarize → Extract → Assign → Track.

Human checkpoints

Where your team reviews and corrects.

  • Summary review before distribution to external participants (clients, partners)
  • Action item owner disputes — the system surfaces these for the meeting organizer to resolve
  • Low-confidence action item extractions flagged for human confirmation
  • Transcript corrections for technical terminology or proper nouns

FAQ

Common questions.

Does it record or transcribe calls without participant consent?+

No. The workflow requires that participants are notified of transcription, and we configure it to comply with your jurisdiction's recording consent requirements. Consent notification is built into the setup.

How accurate is action item extraction?+

Accuracy depends on meeting structure and audio quality. We recommend a human review step for the first week of any new meeting type. The system flags its own confidence level on each action item.

Which meeting platforms does it connect to?+

We build integrations with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. The transcription and extraction layer works with all major platforms.
